I have been collecting these old knives for many years and I am quite honestly awestruck by your encyclopedia. There has never been such a comprehensive guide about these fruit knives and the photos and extensive information you provide in it constitutes a must-have book for all collectors like us. It must have been a mammoth job to assemble all this information and present it so professionally. A beautiful book. Well done.
