I will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur by me sending an e-mail to the email address you have provided. At this point the purchase contract will be made and I will supply the order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prices:
All prices are in € (Euros). Depending on the delivery address there will be a shipping charge.
The shipping charge includes fully insured postage with online tracking.
Delivery:
Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours.
Payments:
Payments can be made by PayPal or by Credit or Debit card via PayPal. Please note if you use credit/debit card you do not have to be registered with PayPal to use this facility. I also accept direct bank transfers. Please email me for details of my bank if this is your preferred method of payment.
Returns and exchanges:
I believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item it must be within seven working days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item and it is your responsibility to ensure the returned item arrives in the same condition as you received it.
I will refund you in full within 3 working days on safe receipt of the returned item; your refund will be by the same method as you paid for the item.
